And moving well for life with minimal impediments is how we roll!  Training sessions are functional, relevant to your lifestyle/sport, versatile, challenging + movement-based. They are designed with built-in assessments to ensure training is balanced + appropriate to your level, progressions to achieve + exceed goals, and new challenge practices to keep you mentally sharp while never plateauing.


Areas of training: Combinations of modalities including: dynamic/static stretching, mobility, total-body power strength, functional strength,  cardio-respiratory, agility, tension + balance, coordination and reaction, calisthenics + cardio-endurance. 


Sessions are fully customized, typically 1.5 hours in duration to include ample time for relevant collaboration and dialogue, warm-up, focused training, cool downs + challenges.


Clients have full access to their custom digital Training Folder + Documents for future use for Life.



2025 Rates* 


$500 - 12 Sessions (6 week expiration) 

$375 - 8 Sessions (5 week expiration )

$200 - 4 Sessions ( 5 week expiration ) 

$70 per single session


* No Refunds. 24 Hour notice required for qualified reschedules. Reschedules within 7 days not guaranteed. Student rates are discounted 20%. $5 additional charge per session for non-Anytime fitness members. Anytime Fitness memberships are discounted when training with Coach Juls (Please inquire).
